PhotoCircus Screen Saver for Mac OS X

Welcome to PhotoCircus | Frames Details and Sample Frames Images | Background Sampler
PhotoCircus is the screen saver for digitial photographers. It is a slide show
screen saver with a these extras:
- Able to show background or forground alpha chanel images (sample images
included).
- Set background color for text and background if no background image.
- Optionally display image annotations, file name and/or custom message with
the images.
New in V1.1b8:
- Fixed bug that stopped V1.06 from working in MacOS X 10.3.x. Updated user interface.
NOTE: Not all options are enabled in the interface, but it is functional in MacOS X 10.3.x.
If you are using 10.2.x and PhotoCircus is working for you we recommend you stay with that version. This verison does not have all the features of V1.06 enabled yet.
New in V1.06:
- Set Alignment, font and font size for annotations (can be saved with each frame).
- Use of the opacity color settings to display translucent text with translucent background (can be saved with each frame).
- Allow custom message along with image annotations
- Overlay and layout annotations on top of frames. This include optional placement of file name and annotation area anywhere on the image using a frame's display attribute file.
- New set of frames that and display attribute files for frames. Frame list now indicates what attributes are available with each frame (Attributes: i = image area, a = annotation areas, F = font, C= color defined).
- PhotoCircus now removes frames from the frame list if they are not found or have been moved to new location.
- Fixed filter out of no supported file when dropped into frames list. Also on new install seed the list the PhotoCircus frames already installed.
- Fixed creation of preference file on new install (introduced with v1.05r2), and effected people upgrading to OS 10.2.

V1.05 16 July 2002 RMF
- Added keyboard commands:
Space to pause current image, D - Set the background to the current image. M - To display Annotation or Custom Message off,A - Toggle Annotations and Custom Message. F - Toggle FileName, N - Skip to Next image
- Added reading Frame margin information file ie. .plist.
- Added menu for select iPhoto's Album or all iPhoto's Albums.
V1.05r2 18 July 2002 RMF
- Fix opening PhotoCircus Frames folder when download frames.
- Registration now strips leading white space from name and company.
- Added "none" to frame list to select no fames. Remove extra debug code from console log.
V1.06 18 Sept 2002 RMF
